Our Live Arrival Guarantee covers both retail and wholesale orders, ensuring your aquatic livestock arrives in good condition. If loss occurs at delivery, email us within four hours with a clear, unaltered video of the sealed bag containing the affected fish. You can request a refund or credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and replacement requests are subject to stock availability. We handle claims quickly and transparently.
Our guarantee excludes: livestock not accepted at the time of initial delivery, packages left unattended, refused shipments, incorrect addresses, improper care after arrival, or delays beyond our control, such as weather-related issues or carrier errors.
